An overview of methods for determining OWA weights. (English) Zbl 1073.90020

Ordered weighted aggregation (OWA) operator was introduced in [IEEE Trans. Syst. Man Cybern. 18, No. 1, 183–190 (1988; Zbl 0637.90057)]. In this paper some methods of estimation OWA weights are considered under assumptions on normal distribution. There are investigated some of OWA desirable properties in detail.
