Schools coping with the impact of information technology. (English)
Educ. Manage. Adm. 25, No. 1, 51-64 (1997).
The authors discuss some ideas on the response of schools to developments in information technology. To illustrate their discussion they draw upon survey data and four case studies of school districts within a Canadian province. In a conclusion which will have a wide relevance, they suggest that schools would benefit from better intelligence about the impact of IT and form a wider repertoire of responses to it.
