From the text: In this article, we describe how we integrated geometry and computer science content using a physical activity to support learning about transformations. Students acted out computer programs, which their peers re-created on the basis of the enactments. The integration of content areas led students to closely analyze and understand transformations. Programming activities have been useful in helping students understand other geometry concepts. For example, students can enter commands in LOGO, an educational programming language, to direct the movements of a turtle.
