Non-traditional theorems unfolding. (English)

Summary: The purpose of this paper is to provide examples of ‘non-traditional’ proof-related activities or theorems that can be explored through paper folding by university and high-school students. These theorems were encountered through playful acts of paper folding by the author. The author used these activities successfully with preservice teachers. The paper contains proof outlines for each theorem.
