Summary: The connotation of class teaching effectiveness can be defined as teacher’s teaching level, student’s study level and teacher-student co-produced class teaching effect or their classes’ progress degree. Using theories and methods in educational measurement science, statistics and mathematics, a scientific and effective comprehensive assessment method was established to the above-mentioned three aspects.
