Evaluating the teaching process by the teachers themselves: an example of realization. (French)

In this report we describe how a team of five teachers have realized a longitudinal evaluation of students aged from 14 to 19 in order to analyse the evolution of their abilities and the causes affecting it. The need for this activity arises from the observation of the gap between the remarkable amount of synergism employed by the teachers and the objectives achieved; still more, a decline in students’ mathematical creativity is often observed as age and the amount of notions increase. This work is the initial stage of a project aimed at renewing mathematics teaching in secondary superior school both as to methodology and content. (orig.) - Dans cet article nous d$é$crivons comment un groupe de cinq enseignants a r$é$alis$é$ une $é$valuation longitudinale d’$é$tudiants ag$é$s de 14 $à$ 19 ans dans le but d’analyser l’$é$volution de leurs habilet$é$s et les causes qui influencent (positivement ou n$é$gativement) cette $é$volution. La n$é$cessit$é$ de cette activit$é$ vient de la constatation de la difference entre les synergies employ$é$es de la part des einseignants et les objectifs atteints; de plus, on a observ$é$ souvent une d$é$cadence de la cr$é$ativit$é$ math$é$matique quand la quantit$é$ de notions augmente. Le travail que nous pr$é$sentons ici est le stage initial d’un projet de discussion et de renouvellement de l’enseignement math$é$matique dans l’ecole secondaire sup$é$rieure centr$é$ aussi bien sur la m$é$thodologie que surle contenu.
