ab: Summary: This paper is a natural extension of the root visualisation
techniques first presented by the author [ibid. 26, No. 2, 6‒20
(2012; ME 2013d.00569)] for quadratic equations with real coefficients.
Consideration is now given to the familiar quadratic equation $y = ax^2
+ bx + c$ in which the coefficients $a$, $b$, $c$ are generally
complex, as shown explicitly in Equation (1), which is presented in the
