ab: Mathematics and art have many links, some more obvious than others. At the
    beginning of the twentieth century, the influence of geometry
    especially was very widespread. The geometry also offers inspiration
    for investigation in many ways in the mathematical classrooms as well
    as the ability to open the eyes of student to the fact that mathematics
    has a beauty of its own. The following set of problems arose from a
    pair of articles by Marion Walter and David Pimm.
