From the text: Once my teaching colleagues and I discovered how much algebra can be done by using cell phone apps, we had to constantly remind students to put their cell phones away. However, during a recent graph theory unit, when our laptops were not working, I found myself asking students to take their phones out again to follow along in class. The apps discussed in this article can be used on any iOS device, including iPads, iPods, and iPhones.
