Summary: This paper shows the concept of a probability theory course with elements of descriptive statistics for future Mathematics teachers. This course is backed up by electronic materials provided via the Internet. An elearning platform extends the communication opportunities and offers a wide access to educational materials available there. The contents available on the platform show the presented material in a new way, which limits its passive reception and makes the user an active participant of the course. The materials present a different approach to the proofs in a mathematical text. Instead of a static (ready) proof there is an interactive proof. Each part of material contains an interactive module Check Yourself, which allows selfcontrol by the user.
