Summary: Firstly, this paper enumerates the facts that people learn mathematics widely, and points out all kinds of people's different understanding and feelings of mathematics. Then, it analyses the intrinsic characteristics of mathematical culture, such as the rigorous reasoning model, the unique standard of judging truth, the independence of mathematical education, the influence of mathematical spirit, no utility, spiritual pursuit and so on. We think that the dissemination of mathematical culture needs not only listing mathematical results, but also should give a good package in special ways. This paper gives some advices for the popularization of relevant mathematical science and education.
