Summary: Normal university was the starting period of normal students' forming and of developing their teaching practical knowledge. The curriculum of mathematics teaching theory was the early initiation carrier to cultivate practical knowledge. This paper reviewed current teaching and the teaching reform of the mathematics curriculum and unifies the characteristic of practical knowledge and practical teaching reform. We should combine theory with practice when we teach them according to certain teaching examples and cases. Then we can propose cultivation strategies of normal university students' practical knowledge.
