ab: Traditional teaching ideas and methods made students haven’t a good
mathematics understanding. Therefore, many students feared of
mathematics or even abandoned it. I thought teachers’ neglecting
mathematics understanding was a main reason. Some teachers hadn’t
understood and mastered deeply mathematics because of their backward
teaching ideas and methods. Thus, an effective system of teachers
training should be set up, moreover, mathematics understanding should
be emphasized in every level of teachers training.
