It was effective to analyze mathematics essence by studying the actual mathematical action process and the persistent effect. The research, which contained Lakatos's heuristic, into the previous heuristic and the process of forming mathematics from practice was a center of analyzing mathematics essence. The technical analysis based on not only the mathematics history but also the overview of mathematics progress nowadays. Another center of analyzing mathematics essence was the persistent effect of mathematics.
