Combinatorial and arithmetical properties of infinite words associated with non-simple quadratic Parry numbers. (English)

The authors are interested in properties of $\beta$-integers where $\beta$ is the larger root of $x^2- mx- n=0$, with $m$, $n$ integers satisfying $m\ge n+ 2\ge 3$. In particular, morphisms and balance properties enter the picture. The reviewer would suggest two extra references that are related, a paper by {\it Y. Bugeaud} [Arch. Math. 79, No. 1, 34--38 (2002; Zbl 1037.11012)] and a paper by {\it D. Feng} and {\it Z. Wen} [J. Number Theory 97, No. 2, 305--316 (2002; Zbl 1026.11078)].
