Biquadratic spline smoothing mean values. (English)

Summary: The notion of natural biquadratic spline is remembered and then it is used for the construction of the biquadratic spline smoothing given mean values (local integrals) on the rectangular grid. The algorithm for computing mean values of the smoothing spline (and then remaining needed local parameters of the spline) is described.
