The Landau-Lifshitz-Gilbert equation and its modifications are used in this chapter to describe different aspects of spin dynamics. The concepts of the theory of nonlinear dynamical systems make it possible to determine typical patterns in magnetization dynamics. The most typical cases are investigated both analytically and numerically. Special attention is paid to magnetization switching. For the entire collection see [Zbl 1117.34046].
