Lewandowski, Jerzy; Pawlowski, Tomasz Extremal isolated horizons: A local uniqueness theorem. (English) Zbl 1028.83025 Classical Quantum Gravity 20, No. 4, 587-606 (2003). Isolated horizons, i.e. stationary null surfaces are studied for the vacuum and electro-vacuum case. The article concentrates on extremal horizons where the surface gravity vanishes. In the axisymmetric case all such horizons are given. The case of a general symmetric extremal isolated horizon is discussed.
