Grigis, A.
Resonances by correspondence. (Résonances par correspondance.)
(French)
[J] Sémin. Équ. Dériv. Partielles, Éc. Polytech., Cent. Math., Palaiseau Sémin. 1994-1995, Exp. No.23, 9 p. (1995).

The author presents results obtained in collaboration with A. Martinez concerning the width of the resonances for a system of semiclassical Schrödinger operators occuring in the Born-Oppenheimer approximation. The problem is to analyze ``geometrically'' the rate of exponential Decay of the imaginary part of the resonance as the semiclassical parameter tends to 0. This is done through the introduction of the notion of broken instanton.
