Calculation of complex polygamma functions. (Japanese. English summary)

This paper provides a computer program which enables to calculate complex polygamma functions for complex arguments accurately. The basic part of this program is calculated as combinations of power series based on expansions with Riemann zeta functions. Relative errors in the computation of either real functions or complex functions are less than $1.11\times 10^{-16}$.
