Dahleh, Munther A.; Pearson, J. Boyd jun. Optimal rejection of persistent disturbances, robust stability, and mixed sensitivity minimization. (English) Zbl 0657.93019 IEEE Trans. Autom. Control 33, No. 8, 722-731 (1988). The paper deals with a class of problems that arise frequently in applications of \(l^ 1\)-optimal control theory. A mixed sensitivity problem is formulated and shown to guarantee good disturbance rejection in the presence of plant perturbations.
