This paper presents a modelization for a pseudo-compositional compressible black-oil model. The porous medium contains three constituents: the water, the heavy pseudo-constituent of the oil and the volatile pseudo-constituent of the oil. The temperature is supposed to be constant. The physical problem is studied by using a variational formulation for a time-stepping numerical model. An existence result is established and the numerical stability of the scheme is studied.
