Torsionsfreie Gruppen, deren Untergruppen alle subnormal sind. (Torsion free groups all of whose subgroups are subnormal). (German) Zbl 0648.20039

Es wird gezeigt, daß torsionfreie Grupen, deren Untergruppen alle subnormal sind, auflösbar und hyperzentral sind. Für den Beweis entscheidend ist, daß man eine große Menge von Untergruppen findet, deren Defekt beschränkt ist. Dies führt zur Anwendung eines Ergebnisses von J. E. Roseblade, das besagt, daß eine Gruppe, deren Untergruppen alle subnormal von einem beschränkten Defekt sind, nilpotent ist. Zunächst wie die Auflösbarkeit der hyperabelschen Gruppen, dann die Auflösbarkeit der übrigen Gruppen bewiesen. Dieser Teil verwendet Ideen aus Arbeiten von C. Casolo und C. J. B. Brookes. Schließlich wird von der Auflösbarkeit auf die Hyperzentralität geschlossen.
