Following {\it G. Fichera} [Rend., Sci. Mat. Appl., A 117(1986), 199-211 (1983; Zbl 0603.35013)], I give a new construction of systems of linear partial differential operators, for which we have the Hartogs' phenomenon H(G) but we have not the Hartogs' phenomenon H(K).
