Balachandran, Krishnan Complete controllability of nonlinear delay systems. (English) Zbl 0623.93006 IMA J. Math. Control Inf. 4, 161-166 (1987). Sufficient conditions are established for complete controllability of nonlinear delay systems with implicit derivative. The results are obtained using the measure of noncompactness of a set and the Darbo fixed-point theorem.
