When is Chinese New Year? (Norwegian. English summary)

This is a Norwegian version of a text on the history of Chinese astronomy, especially the computation of the Chinese lunisolar calendar, which was originally published in English in ``Griffith Observer" 66, No. 1, 1--17 (2002). The paper is mainly historical, with attractive pictures and tables, giving the fundamental notions of the two parallel Chinese solar and lunisolar calendars. The influence of Jesuit scholars in China, such as the German Adam Schall (1591--1666), which led to the last calendar reform in 1645, is also discussed. There is no mathematical discussion (congruences or similar) in the paper, instead ``rules of thumb" for the calculation of the Chinese New Year are given.
