Fixed point results for weakly contractive mappings in ordered partial metric spaces. (English)

Summary: We prove some fixed point theorems for weakly $C$-contractive mappings in ordered partial metric spaces. These results extend the main theorems of {\it J. Harjani}, {\it B. López} and {\it K. Sadarangani} [Fixed point theorems for weakly contractive mappings in ordered metric spaces, [Comput. Math. Appl. 61, No. 4, 790--796 (2011; Zbl 1217.54046)] to the class of partially ordered partial metric spaces.
