Thin-shell wormholes in Brans-Dicke gravity. (English) Zbl 1227.83021

Phys. Lett., A 373, No. 1, 1-4 (2008); erratum ibid. 373, No. 27, 2399-2400 (2009).
Summary: Spherically symmetric thin-shell wormholes are constructed within the framework of Brans-Dicke gravity. It is shown that, for appropriate values of the Brans-Dicke constant, these wormholes can be supported by matter satisfying the energy conditions.
