The paper investigates concentration phenomena of solutions for the sinh-Poisson equation on a bounded two-dimensional domain with homogeneous Neumann boundary condition and which depends on a small positive parameter. The existence of a family of solutions that concentrate in the domain and on the boundary is shown.
