Permanence in a periodic delay logistic system subject to constant impulsive stocking.
(English)
[J] Math. Methods Appl. Sci. 33, No. 8, 985-993 (2010). ISSN 0170-4214; ISSN 1099-1476/e

This paper deals with a class of single species population dynamics models with hereditary effect, formulated as an impulsive delayed differential equation with periodic coefficients. The constant impulse is realized at fixed moments of time. Applying general comparison results established for impulsive differential equations, the main result of the paper consists of proving the persistence of solutions to the model. The paper ends with a numerical example that illustrates the theoretical result.
