Summary: The present paper deals with a study of quasi-conformally flat quasi-Einstein spaces and obtains several necessary and sufficient conditions for such a space to be of semi-symmetric (resp. projectively semisymmetric, concircularly semi-symmetric and conformally semi-symmetric). The existence of such space is ensured with a proper example.
