Mihail, Alexandru; Miculescu, Radu The shift space for an infinite iterated function system. (English) Zbl 1199.28030 Math. Rep., Bucur. 11(61), No. 1, 21-32 (2009). Summary: The aim of the paper is to define the shift space for an infinite iterated function system (IIFS) and to describe the relation between this space and the attractor of the IIFS. We construct a canonical projection (which turns out to be continuous) from the shift space of an IIFS on its attractor and provide sufficient conditions for this function to be onto.
