Oscillation behavior of second order nonlinear neutral differential equations with deviating arguments.
(English)
[J] Comput. Math. Appl. 59, No. 12, 3710-3717 (2010). ISSN 0898-1221

Summary: Oscillation criteria are established for second order nonlinear neutral differential equations with deviating arguments of the form $(r(t)|z'(t))^{\alpha-1}z'(t))'+f(t,x[\sigma(t)])=0,~t\ge t_0$ where $\alpha >0$ and $z(t)=x(t)+p(t)x[\tau (t)]$. Our results improve and extend some known results in the literature. Some illustrating examples are also provided to show the importance of our results.
