Stability and Hopf bifurcation analysis of a new system. (English)
[J] Chaos Solitons Fractals 39, No. 2, 567-578 (2009). ISSN 0960-0779

Summary: A new chaotic system is introduced. The system contains special cases as the modified Lorenz system and conjugate Chen system. Some subtle characteristics of stability and Hopf bifurcation of the new chaotic system are thoroughly investigated by rigorous mathematical analysis and symbolic computations. Meanwhile, some numerical simulations for justifying the theoretical analysis are also presented. \par Editorial remark: There are doubts about a proper peer-reviewing procedure of this journal. The editor-in-chief has retired, but, according to a statement of the publisher, articles accepted under his guidance are published without additional control.
