It is proved that there is at least one steady state among the physically feasible profiles for nonisothermal equilibrium reactors described by Arrhenius type nonlinear models. The multiplicity of the equilibrium profiles is shown for axial dispersion.As an observation, the figures and explanation texts for them should be printed at a greater scale.
