The fine spectra of the Rhaly operators on $c_0$. (English)

The author determines the fine spectra of the Rhaly matrix $R_a$ as an operator on the Banach space $C_0$ under the assumption that $\lim_{n\to\infty} (n+1) a_n= L\ne 0$, where $C_0$ is the Banach space of convergent sequences $(x_n)$ normed by $\Vert x\Vert= \sup_{n\ge 0}\vert x_n\vert$.
