Existence and uniqueness theorems for the solution of the boundary value problem $$x^{\Delta\sigma}=f(t,x^\sigma(t));\quad x(a)=A,\quad x(\sigma^2(b))=B$$ are proved, where $f$ satisfies a one sided Lipschitz condition.
