Summary: We obtain the sufficient conditions for the existence of a positive periodic solution to a periodic neutral delay logarithmic population model $$\dot N(t)= N(t)\Bigl(r(t)-a(t) \log\bigl [N(t- \sigma)\bigr]-b(t) (d/dt)\log \bigl[N(t-\tau) \bigr]\Bigr),$$ and give the sufficient conditions for the periodic solution to attract all other positive solutions.
