Weak sharp minima: Characterizations and sufficient conditions. (English)

In the paper the authors investigate the weak sharp minima of order $m\ge 1$ for unconstrained and constrained minimization problems. They provide characterizations and sufficient conditions of weak sharp minima by using the Mordukhovich normal cone as well as a new introduced tangent cone.
