Summary: The object of this paper is to introduce new sequence spaces which generalise the space of strong almost convergence [see {\it I. J. Maddox}, Math. Proc. Camb. Philos. Soc. 83, 61-64 (1978; Zbl 0392.40001) and ibid. 85, 345-350 (1979; Zbl 0417.40007)] and absolute almost convergence [{\it G. Das}, {\it B. Kuttner} and {\it S. Nanda}, Trans. Am. Math. Soc. 283, 729-739 (1984; Zbl 0546.46004)].
