Global attractors for a class of retarded quasilinear partial differential equations. (English. Abridged French version) Zbl 0845.35129

Summary: We consider a system of retarded quasilinear partial differential equations arising in aeroelasticity. We construct its evolution operator, and prove the existence of a compact global attractor of finite fractal dimension. We study the properties of solutions on the attractor and prove the existence of an exponential attractor of finite fractal dimension.
