Author's abstract: ``We treat new relations for an analogue of Bernoulli numbers coming from the $p$-adic invariant measure and give a generalization of an identity of Euler for the Bernoulli numbers to the case of the generalized Bernoulli numbers with characters of $p$-power conductors''.
