Seberry, Jennifer; Yamada, Mieko
Hadamard matrices, sequences, and block designs.
(English)
[A] Contemporary design theory, Collect. Surv., 431-560 (1992). ISBN 0-471-53141-3

[For the entire collection see Zbl 0746.00028.]\par In the paper the analysis of Hadamard matrix construction methods is given in three directions: (i) multiplication theorems, (ii) ``plug-in'' methods, (iii) direct constructions. The paper consists of 11 sections and the main results obtained by these three directions are given. Orthogonal designs, sequences, skew-Hadamard matrices, $M$-structures, Williamson type matrices, SBIBD and complex Hadamard matrices are dealt with. At the end of the work the orders of known matrices of Williamson type and Hadamard matrices are given.
