Guo, Benyu A spectral-difference method for solving two-dimensional vorticity equations. (English) Zbl 0668.76022 J. Comput. Math. 6, No. 3, 238-257 (1988). We construct a spectral-difference scheme for solving two-dimensional vorticity equation with a single periodical boundary condition. The conservation, the generalized stability and the convergence are proved. Both steady and unsteady problems are considered.
