(French) Zbl 0593.58003 C. R. Acad. Sci., Paris, Sér. I 301, 443-445 (1985). Let F be a Riemannian foliation of codimension \(q=n-p\) on a compact manifold V of dimension n. The natural stratification of V is defined using the dimension of the closures of the leaves and the cardinal of their holonomy. It is proved that on each stratum the orbits of foliated vector fields define a foliation transverse to the closure of the leaves and with dense leaves.
