Über den Rang der projektiven Darstellung von Kettengeometrien auf Grassmann-Mannigfaltigkeiten. (German) Zbl 0579.51004

In Arch. Math. 30, 14-26 (1978; Zbl 0375.50017) hatte der Verf. gezeigt, daß der Rang der projektiven Darstellung einer Kettengeometrie im Sinn von Benz zu einer Algebra \({\mathcal R}\) über einem kommutativen Körper K gleich \(2^ n\) ist, falls \({\mathcal R}\) eine separable Körpererweiterung von Grad n ist. Der Verf. zeigt hier allgemeiner, daß man denselben Wert erhält, wenn \({\mathcal R}=K[a]\), \([{\mathcal R}:K]=n\) und \(| K| \geq 2\) n ist.
