Dorfman, A. Sh. A new type of boundary condition in convective heat transfer problems. (English) Zbl 0569.76094 Int. J. Heat Mass Transfer 28, 1197-1203 (1985). Earlier, by solving the boundary-layer equations, a new type of boundary condition was obtained [the author, Heat transfer of flow past nonisothermal bodies. Izd Mashinostroenie, Moscow (1982)] which makes the boundary condition of the third kind more precise and which allows a conjugate problem to be reduced to an equivalent problem for the heat conduction equation. In this paper a procedure is given for the solution of problems with the use of the new kind of boundary conditions and the specific features of the procedure are discussed.
