The author studies the strong convergence to a unique fixed point of a uniformly \(\phi \)-hemicontractive mapping on an arbitrary real Banach space of a sequence generated by the Ishikawa scheme with errors. His result excludes the assumption of a Lipschitz condition on the mapping.
