Summary: The retarded weighted traffic equilibrium problem in non-pivot Hilbert spaces is introduced and the equivalence between the equilibrium condition and a weighted variational inequality is proved. Moreover, the variational formulation allows to apply the variational inequalities theory to obtain some existence and regularity results.
