Summary: This paper studies the acquisition of Pedagogical Content Knowledge (PCK) in preparation of future science teachers. The research is implemented within the international project Move in Science (www.mis.unipa.it), whose main idea is modifying the science teaching approach at secondary level, by modifications of the structure of the teacher training courses. Teachers who learn in a different way may be oriented to teach in a different way. The experimentation and exchange paths of the PCK development among prospective teachers of science were realized through mobility actions in spring 2009. In particular, we will focus on description of preparation of future mathematics teachers who experienced two workshops called: Mathematical labyrinth and Quartette card game as the example of adidactical situation.
